As a trainer, I often get asked by female clients how to tone the inner thighs, and the cross over leg exercise is a great one to do that, as well as activities like running, swimming and football of course ⚽
Exercise duration- 45-60 seconds per exercise
2-3 rounds of grouped exercises e.g. abdominal exercises performed together
