As your personal trainer I will identify your fitness goals, design a programme that fits your needs and lead you through every workout.  I explore nutrition with you too, discussing ways to improve your current eating habits/diet-ensuring that your goals are met even after the workout has finished!

Since 2015, I’ve been helping clients in North West London, face to face and online, by changing the way they look and feel.
