Service Description
Personal training sessions are always challenging and varied and will push you to the max!
I combine resistance training, cardio and stretching to improve your fitness across all areas; helping you to increase strength and muscle size whilst losing body fat at the same time.
Sessions last for 1 hour minimum but normally go up to 75 minutes.
